Why when I make a reservation for a specific vehicle don't they give me the brand I requested?
Our vehicles are cataloged in groups according to their characteristics, so we may not give you the brand of your preference, but we guarantee that the assigned unit will meet your transportation requirements.
Can I rent the car in my name and have someone else drive?
Yes, as long as the renter meets the established requirements. At the time of rental you must inform the executive and present the current license of the person who will manage the unit. You should consider that in the case of cargo vehicles, the Authority requires special licenses according to tonnage.
What type of coverage does the insurance they offer me for vehicle rentals have?
At Global Car Rental we want your rental experience to be agile and transparent, which is why all our rates include Taxes and Comprehensive Insurance coverage with a 10% deductible that covers you from the moment you leave our branches.
¿What are your opening hours and vehicle reception hours?
Our branches have opening hours Monday to Sunday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. The return of cargo vehicles is available from Monday to Sunday 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
What is the difference between rates for the same vehicle?
For all our vehicles we offer 3 types of rental plans: Daily, Weekly and Monthly. In the Daily rental plan we offer you two rates according to your distance needs: 1. Up to 250 km 2. Free km for a minimum rental of two days. Rates per day are for periods of 24 hours. Weekly and Monthly rental plans include free mileage.
What are the payment options?
Cash, Current debit card from a banking institution (Visa, MasterCard), Current credit card from a banking institution (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Neobancos Card, Electronic bank transfer (two days in advance).
What are the rental plans?
Rent plans:
- Free km plan, minimum of 02 days (48 hours).
- Weekly Plan, 7 days.
- Monthly plan, 30 days.
