Everything you need to rent the best vehicle for you

  • Be over 21 years old

    Valid official identification:

    INE, Passport, Professional ID with photograph (physical).

  • Valid physical or digital driver's license

    Appropriate for the type of vehicle to be rented (according to traffic regulations).

  • Original proof of address or original PDF

    No older than two months: Electricity, water, natural gas, property, landline telephone bill (TELMEX, MAXCOM, MEGACABLE, AXTEL, TOTAL PLAY and IZZI).

    Important: If the proof of address is not in the name of the credit card holder, you must present a bank statement in their name, no older than two months, with the same address as the proof of address.

  • Payment methods

    Cash, Current debit card from a banking institution (Visa, MasterCard), Current credit card from a banking institution (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Neobancos Card, Electronic bank transfer (two days in advance).

    For guarantee deposit

    • Current credit card from a banking institution (Visa, MasterCard and Amex).
    • For non-personalized credit cards, you must present the cover of the bank account statement, no older than two months.
    • Cards from department stores are not accepted.
    • First time customers, $5,000 guarantee.
    • Recurring customers, $3,000 guarantee

  • Be over 21 years old

    • If you do not have a hotel reservation, you must present proof of original address or original PDF of the place where you reside or will reside during your stay in the country (electricity, water, natural gas, property, landline telephone bill (TELMEX, MAXCOM, MEGACABLE, AXTEL, TOTAL PLAY and IZZI) no older than two months.
