Global Car Rental

To reserve our services, full payment of the requested rent must be made (it will confirm that the money has been reflected, transferred, or by web).

In case of transfer, the client must send proof of payment and their personal information.

In case of modification of the reservation, (by date, hours, vehicle) Global Car has the obligation to change the dates (as long as they are the same number of days) and respect the payment, as long as we can grant you a similar one.

In case of customer delay, time continues to run for your reservation, the customer is expected to close the branch.

When returning the unit, the customer is expected to wait a maximum of 59 minutes and if this time exceeds, a charge equivalent to one day's rent is charged.

All guarantees must be covered at the time of making the contract (5,000 first time and 3,000 frequent customer).

If you do not cancel and do not pick up the vehicle, no refund is applied. (subject to availability) occupy the car beyond 24 hours.

The minimum rental is 2 days for first-time clients.

The 1-day rental applies to frequent customers.

If the reservation is on the same day, for the same vehicle, priority will be given to the customer who makes the first payment.

If the client cancels on the same day, a charge of 1 day's rent will apply.

If you cancel before 24 hours and cancel, there is no penalty.

In case of cancellation due to a natural phenomenon, 100% of the money is returned. (applies in Mérida)

In the event of a natural phenomenon within the Peninsula and the vehicle is not returned in a timely manner, no charge will be charged.
