Reservations that have not been previously paid will have a tolerance period of 2 hours to pick up the car; After this period the reservation will be subject to availability of the place, releasing Global Car Rental from all responsibility.

Prepaid reservations will have a tolerance period to pick up the car of 6 hours; After this period the reservation will be subject to availability of the place and if canceled the corresponding penalty percentages will be applied.

In the online prepayment modality on the globalcarrentalmx.com site or through our Call Center, the name of the client that appears on the reservation must match the holder of the credit card, official identification and current driver's license presented at the time of pick up the car.

For all prepaid reservations that require a modification to the established date, the place where the car will be delivered must be notified at least 12 hours in advance. If the rent is higher, the difference in days in relation to the initial delivery date will be charged. If the rent is less or the same, only the reservation date will be changed and the difference will not be refunded.

If you do not cancel the reservation, you will be penalized with the equivalent of 1 day's rent.

The time to make the refund will depend on the established times of the bank that the client has selected to cover the payment. For refunds where the payment has been made using the interest-free month modality, Global Car Rental will not be responsible for the cancellation of recurring charges, in which case the client must carry out the corresponding management with their bank.

The indicated prices include VAT of 16%.

The approximate rental total is based on the information provided at the time of making your reservation. The driver must present a valid credit card with sufficient available balance, driver's license and official identification valid at the time of opening the contract. At the time of validating the reservation, the opening of the rental contract must be signed, and a deposit charged to the credit card must be granted, as a guarantee of faithful and punctual compliance with each and every one of the obligations acquired in the Rental Contract. Lease.

If you require an additional driver, it is necessary that the person be present at the time of opening the contract, be of legal age, have a license and an official identification, both in force, in order to be registered as an authorized driver.

The minimum age to be able to rent or drive one of our units is 18 years old. If the vehicle is returned after the return time indicated in the contract, additional charges will apply for the time in excess of the return date, according to the current public rate displayed to the public.

The minimum rental period is one day.

The price of your reservation includes the services mentioned in this reservation, and Civil Liability Protection Coverage against damages to third parties. Any Protection Coverage and Services that are not mentioned as included in this reservation have an additional cost, ask our executives.

The leased vehicle may not leave the limits of the Territory of the Mexican Republic, there is no consent and it is prohibited to leave the Mexican Republic through the northern and southern borders of the Mexican Republic (e.g. Guatemala and Belize, United States of America). . We inform you that for your security deposit or check in, this can only be done with a credit card, we do not accept cash or debit card for this procedure.

Payment by debit card or cash will only be accepted for the payment of the opening and closing of the contract.
